"I will start by saying they saved me a *substantially large amount on my car insurance (less than half if what I was paying before). Matt and Jack are extremely personable and helpful. We sat down to look at the aspects of my insurance: what everything ment, what I was paying for each piece of my insurance, etc.. Matt also gave me information on other gaps I have. Usually this is a pushy sales point with insurance agents, however that was not the case. I truly felt like they listened to my needs and situation. They gave me information to review but didn't press the issue. They answered all of my questions about my coverage, and educated me on the things I didn't fully comprehend. "We kept getting increases on minimal coverage for all of our vehicles. My wife told me to go talk to Mr. Walter’s, so we did. She works close by and had heard good things about him and his team. When we met he walked us through understanding the process and got our insurance down by slightly over half with 10x the coverage. I was impressed but wondered if it was just a facade to get us in the door. We ended up signing with them and hoped to never have to use them. Unfortunately I was in a not at fault accident and reached out to Mr. Walter’s and he has gone above and beyond his responsibilities to try and help me get through this process with the other insurance company to the best of his ability.
